- Property, equipment or requested-service information.

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, provide contracted services and meet legal obligations. The legal basis may be consent, pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract.
4. How long we retain data
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and follow up. Customer and invoicing data are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

We do not sell your data. Necessary service providers, such as hosting, communications, technical support or advisers, may access it subject to their legal obligations.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, those communications are also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
